At Tcprintstyle, we value your satisfaction. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure your experience with us is smooth, fair, and transparent.
A. 90-Day Return Guarantee
You may request a return within 90 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation.
B. Lost Your Return Label?
No problem. We do not include return labels in the package. Simply contact us at [email protected] and our team will assist you with your return or exchange.
C. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email our customer support team and include the following information:
Your order number and full name
A screenshot or copy of your order confirmation
The reason for the return
A photo or video showing the issue, if applicable
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you of approval within 72 hours. If approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your items when they arrive. If your order includes a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
E. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for damaged items, wrong sizes, incorrect products, or defects. Reach out to us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange.
F. Return Shipping Costs
We cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
If you return an item for reasons unrelated to our error (such as change of mind or wrong size ordered), you are responsible for return shipping.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of incorrect orders placed by the customer.
No restocking fee applies to any returns.
All returns must be sent by post, and we recommend using a tracked method. A clear photo or video of the item must be provided to verify the product and issue.
G. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 9 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
H. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. Cancellations requested after this window may be processed as a return.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect address details.
